Cool processor from the early 80's that can be used for not only feedback, but also for detailed sound sculpting when you don't want the broad cuts a graphic or parametric eq would do.
It's in good shape overall for the age, typical rack wear, and missing a couple of knob tip inserts. See pics.
These are pretty rare, and this is quite a bit cheaper than the few others that have shown up.
