Here for sale we have a Fender 60th Anniversary Triple Jazzmaster Electric Guitar in Daphne Blue finish. Made in the USA in 2018, this guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a 21-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Jazzmaster/Jaguar Bridge with a Vintage-Style Floating Tremolo, Vintage-style Tuners, Chrome hardware, and three Tim Shaw Designed Custom Humbucking Pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone, a 5-way pickup selector, and an all-pickups-on switch (middle position only).

The Maple neck plays very well, with the 60s Oval 'C' shape profile filling the hand nicely for an authentically vintage-inspired yet articulate playing experience across the register. The gloss finish to the rear assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale, and along with the offset body design and generous cutaway the full 21 fret range of the instrument is easily accessible. The offset body is supremely comfortable in both standing and seated positions, and allows for convenient placement of the extensive controls, ensuring that everything is within easy reach without being intrusive to the playing experience.

The trio of Tim Shaw Designed Custom Humbuckers installed in this guitar offer a full and thick tone, exactly as you would expect from their 'Filter-tron' counterparts. The humbucker in the neck delivers a warm low end, driving mids and rounded yet clear high frequencies, perfect for rock solo tones. The middle pickup provides a punchy, tight midrange great for chordal styles of playing whilst offering strat-esque quack in positions “2 and 4” of the 5-way blade switch. The humbucker in the bridge is hotter and provides a bright tone that saturates beautifully into distortion as you crank the gain, easily cutting through the mix. The wiring offers comprehensive control of your tone without over-complicating things whilst adding an authentically vintage feel to the playing experience.

Serial: US18042060

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition, the top edges demonstrate scuffing and indentation that has discolored the finish. This is rough beneath the finger. Similar scuffing is apparent to the front top treble side edge. All aspects of the headsock demonstrate light scratching and indentation, most notable to the top of the rear face visible only under direct lighting at certain angles.

Neck: Overall very good condition, the binding demonstrates wear and chipping of the finish to both the treble and bass side. This has discolored somewhat over time, highlighting the areas with this issue. A moderate indentation to the binding, piercing the finish, is apparent to the bass side beside the 11th fret. The rear of the neck demonstrates light yet consistent indentation and scratching, piercing the finish in the upper register.

Body: Overall very good condition, the edges of the body demonstrate several instances of chipping revealing the wood beneath. This can be identified to the bass side lower bout, treble side lower bout, bottom edges, and the bass side horn. A moderate indentation is apparent to the front face bass side lower bout, piercing the finish slightly. Similar indentation to a lesser degree can be identified to the treble side and across the lower bout of the rear face. All aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching and indentation visible only under direct lighting at certain angles.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for future fret work.
