The Seymour Duncan 805 Overdrive is a highly versatile, classic-style overdrive pedal based on the renowned 808/Tube Screamer circuit. It stands out from standard green overdrives by featuring an active 3-band EQ (Bass, Mid, Treble) instead of a single tone knob, giving players unprecedented control to dial in anything from transparent clean boosts to tight, modern metal crunch.

Key Features and Specifications

• Active 3-Band EQ: Allows you to cut or boost Bass, Mid, and Treble frequencies independently, whcih is ideal for scooping mids, tightening up bottom-end mud, or adding punch to single-coil pickups.

• MC33178 Op-Amp: Utilises a specialised chip that delivers premium sound quality with noticeably less noise than traditional overdrive circuits.

• Glass Diode Circuit: Features back-to-back glass diode clipping, providing a harmonically rich, warm tube-like character.

• True Bypass: Ensures your signal remains completely uncolored when the pedal is disengaged.

• Power Options: Can be powered by a standard 9V battery or a 9V to 18V DC power supply (running at 18V offers even more clean headroom).

In very good condition and perfect working order, it has a few paint chips and scratches but nothing major (see photos). Comes with original box, unused manual, velcro strip and position markers.
