I bought this new in early 2024 from an authorized retailer. I literally only used this in my home music room twice since I bought it and it has been stored away since then; therefore, I would call it as close to new as you can get - It includes all the included accessories per the photos (10 db attenuator ring attached, mic attachment hardware, manual, carrying case and box)
