The Sonor SQ2 represents the very best of German drum craftsmanship. Every SQ2 kit is individually built to order at Sonor's factory in Bad Berleburg, Germany, allowing customers to specify every detail of the instrument. Because of this, the typical delivery time for a new SQ2 is around six months.

Rather than being a random configuration, this setup was specified by Sonor themselves based on one of their most requested SQ2 configurations. It combines Medium Maple shells with the beautiful Bubinga Semi Gloss veneer, creating a timeless appearance that highlights the natural grain without being overly flashy. As the light changes, the finish reveals remarkable depth and character, making every drum unique.

Medium Maple shells deliver an excellent balance of attack, warmth, projection and sensitivity, making this kit equally at home in the studio and on stage.

The matching 14"x6" SQ2 snare drum completes the package, finished to the same exceptional standard.
