This guitar features a neck-thru-body design at 25.5" scale, with a comfortably contoured alder body, an extra-thin U-shaped three-piece maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard inlaid with Kirk's signature skull-and-crossbones motif across 24 extra-jumbo frets. Active EMG 60 (neck) and EMG 81 (bridge) pickups deliver tones ranging from deep and rich to searingly aggressive, with independent volume controls for each pickup. A Floyd Rose tremolo allows for expressive dive bombs and pitch effects, and the guitar arrives in a fittingly eerie Tombstone-shaped case.
