Enjoy the tastiest of tones with this Gibson Custom Shop 1958 Les Paul Standard VOS Lemonburst Plain Top! From the premier Gibson Custom Shop comes this incredible reissue. This epic instrument is everything you want from an iconic instrument, with the highest of build qualities and a sound that is unforgettable.

Let's start with the peanut butter and jelly of great tones with its solid, one-piece lightweight mahogany back with a fantastic plain maple top with luscious Lemonburst  VOS finish that gives it the perfect patina of a finely aged instrument. For those fans of the thicker neck profile this is a great one for you with its chunky '58 Rounded "C" profile. The Indian rosewood fingerboard has a 12" radius with the classic trapezoid inlays.

Packed with a set of powerful humbuckers this guitar is a tone dream machine. You get a Burstbucker 1 in the neck for thick rhythm tones and a Burstbucker 2 for more bite, with both of these pickups providing warm, articulate tones. The classic controls are here with individual volume and tone controls for each pickup and 3-way selector to easily dial in your desired tones. You even get the traditional wiring with historic potentiometers and capacitors for those accurate 1958 tones.

What would a Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul be without great hardware? Here you get the classic Kluson "Deluxe" tuners, nickel covers, and ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic Bridge with lightweight aluminum stopbar tailpiece.

This Les Paul is everything you want from a guitar classic. It's in excellent condition and comes with its original hardshell case with certificate of authenticity.  Setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop, it's ready to go.  This is a great score.
