1998 Ayotte x Keplinger 5.5" x 14" Stainless Steel Snare - Pearl Super Hoops, OG Wood Hoops + Lug Fittings

Up for sale today is a crazy rare early 1998 Ayotte x Keplinger 5.5” x 14” Stainless Steel Snare Drum in very good condition. This is definitely a player drum, currently outfitted with Pearl Triple-Flanged Super Hoops. #A 1070

This is a LOUD and powerful drum with tons of tone.

Original Ayotte Wood Hoops are included but are player grade: batter side has definitely seen some use and the snare-side did sustain a minor crack-this crack has been reinforced with woodglue and did not travel the full length of the rim (see pics).

All original hardware is also included: gaskets for extending out lugs to fit the wood hoops on the drum, clamps for both hoops and all attendant rods and screws, etc (see pics). Some minor oxidization is present on hardware, tension rods can be locked in with an allen key.
