A relatively affordable way for players to get a 60's Martin with Brazilian rosewood, this D-28 from '69 has had some work done over the years to keep the cost down but all the work was done to keep it playing right and after a in-house evaluation it is all set to go. As expected, it has a remarkable sound and clarity thanks to the Brazilian rosewood back and sides, not overly boomy but a pleasant balanced tone that a great D-28 should have.
Serial #244996, comes with a non original modern case. Please refer to the provided photos for more detail on the condition of this instrument. As with all of our vintage listings, included is a vintage spec sheet which details any repairs & changes of note.
