Since 1978, Rudy's Music has been serving musicians seeking the highest level of service, quality and value. Originally located on 48th Street when it was still New York City's historic Music Row, we are now located in Soho, NYC and Scarsdale Village, Westchester County.
We also have our own line called Pensa Custom Guitars, a series Rudy and Mark Knopfler dreamed up over a cup of coffee, drawing blueprints on napkins. Today the Pensa line has a stellar reputation of being some of the world's finest electric guitars and basses.

Domestic orders:
All domestic returns must be made within 48 hours after customer’s receipt of the item. A returned item must be received by Rudy's Music in the same condition in which it was shipped. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. All returns incur a 5% restocking fee.
International orders:
All international returns must be made within 48 hours after customer’s receipt of the item. A returned item must be received by Rudy's Music in the same condition in which it was shipped. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. The customer is responsible for all duty and customs charges, plus a 5% restocking fee.
