Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4-W 2-Channel DJ Controller (White) with Decksaver DSLE-PC-DDJFLX4 Smoke-Clear Cover and Magma MGA47998 Hard-Shell Carry Case

The DDJ-FLX4-W Transport Bundle: Mix at Home, Protect It, Carry It to Every Gig

This bundle pairs the white-finish Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4-W 2-channel controller with the two things a mobile DJ needs the day the controller arrives: a Decksaver smoke-clear cover that guards the surface between sessions, and a Magma hard-shell carry case that closes over that cover and travels to the venue. The FLX4-W brings Smart Fader, Smart CFX, eight performance pads per deck, and single-cable USB-C operation with rekordbox and Serato DJ Lite. The Decksaver and the Magma case turn it from a desk controller into a rig you can move with confidence.

How Smart Fader and Smart CFX Turn a Portable Controller Into Performance Hardware

The DDJ-FLX4-W is built so a developing DJ sounds professional fast. Smart Fader automates BPM, volume, and bass matching across a crossfade, so transitions land clean while your beatmatching skills catch up. Smart CFX layers multiple effects under a single knob per channel, giving you expressive, one-handed FX moves from the first session. Eight multi-function pads per deck cover Hot Cues, Pad FX, Beat Jump, and Sampler — the same pad workflow that scales up the Pioneer DDJ and XDJ line, so the skills you build here transfer to club gear.

One USB-C Cable, Two Software Platforms, and a Built-In Sound Card

A single USB-C cable carries both audio and bus power, so the controller runs straight off a laptop with no wall adapter to pack. The built-in 2-channel sound card includes a 3.5mm headphone cueing output and a 1/4-inch mic input for talkover. The FLX4-W ships with rekordbox and Serato DJ Lite licenses and works with the rekordbox and Serato mobile apps, so you can perform from a laptop or a phone on the same hardware surface.

The Decksaver Cover: Day-to-Day Protection You Can See Through

The included Decksaver DSLE-PC-DDJFLX4 is a precision-moulded smoke-clear polycarbonate shell that snaps over the control surface in seconds with no tools or adhesive. It shields the jog wheels, faders, knobs, and switches from dust, spills, and accidental knocks during home storage and at the venue, while its patented smoked transparency keeps the entire layout visible at a glance. Trimmed cutouts let cables stay plugged in, so a setup-and-leave DJ can cover the controller without unplugging a thing.

The Magma CTRL Case: Hard-Shell Transport That Stacks With the Cover

The Magma MGA47998 is where the bundle earns its name. Its Durashock molded EVA foam shell and water-repellent polyester skin absorb the knocks and weather of the road, while removable egg-crate foam in the lid presses down over the controls so nothing shifts in transit. Crucially, Magma engineered the case to close over a Decksaver lid — leave the cover snapped on, drop the controller in, and zip it shut. At 20.5 x 11.8 x 3.9 inches and 2.7 pounds, it fits most airline overhead bins, and padded handles plus a detachable shoulder strap make the load-in easy.

Why These Three Pieces Belong Together

Each layer does a job the others can't. The DDJ-FLX4-W is the instrument. The Decksaver is the everyday guard — scratches, dust, and spills at the desk and the booth. The Magma case is the transit guard — impact, weather, and the carry itself. Because the case is designed to close over the cover, the protection compounds instead of competing: cover stays on, controller goes in the case, case goes on your shoulder. It is a complete, intentional protect-and-travel system, not three accessories that happen to share a box.

For the Mobile DJ Who Gigs and the Beginner Who Wants It to Last

If you are starting out, this is the way to keep your first controller pristine and gig-ready from day one. If you already perform — weddings, parties, fly dates — it replaces a heavy flight case with a carry-on-sized rig you will actually bring, with day-to-day cover protection built in. White finish, full Pioneer pad workflow, and everything you need to protect and transport it. Plug in and play; cover it, case it, and go.
