This is a great dual-mono or linkable stereo hybrid vari-mu compressor. Lived at the end of my master bus chain. Lovely glue. Fairly clean because of its hybrid nature, but dig in 5 or 6 dB and you'll find the warm hug you're looking for. HIP button adds what is basically parallel compression, incredibly useful.
