Tone City Durple Distortion

Durple is collaboratively designed by Tone City and Andertons TV presenter Peter Honoré, the Tone City 'Durple' is a versatile mini overdrive pedal that offers rich and responsive low-to-medium gain sounds.  The Durple is based on Tone City's best-selling Mandragora overdrive.

A notable tweak on this pedal includes the 'Mid' control, which has replaced the 'Pre' (presence) knob found on the Mandragora. Letting you cut or boost the amount of mid-range, this thoughtful EQ parameter allows you to attain anything from a smooth and scooped drive sound to a punchy, aggressive crunch.

The 'Tone' control has also been adjusted. While the Mandragora provides a super-wide sweep, The Durple's tone control offering a moderate amount of treble for people who do not need that much tone control is, the Tone City Durple remains musical even when the tone control is cranked up all the way up.
