Shipping Policy
Items normally ship within two business days of payment. This allows us time to do a final quality control check and, in the case of stringed instruments, a final set-up and adjustment.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Return is 7 days = money back; 14 days = in-store credit.
Less shipping charges. Return shipping is customer's responsibility.
Item must be "as new" with all original packaging or restocking charges will be incurred.
Domestic customers who are shipped, and then refuse / return goods, are subject to a potential up to 15% restocking fee at the discretion of the seller, plus any shipping fees.
International customers are responsible for any and all import duties charged by their home countries.
Items returned to us due to unpaid import duties will result in shipping charges from and back to us, plus a 15% restocking charge, being deducted from any refunds due the customer.
