This Guitar Binding Jig turns your cordless laminate router into a floating binding cutter. Cut perfectly squared binding Binding Channels on any instrument—including archtops. The floating router carriage rides on linear rails so the cutter can follow body contours while keeping the binding ledge square and controlled.

Designed for guitar building, Purfling, repair techs, and hobby luthiers, this sled helps keep your trim router stable and controlled while routing binding ledges around guitar bodies, carved tops, archtops, and custom shapes.

The floating router carriage rides on supported twin 20mm linear rails, allowing smoother vertical movement while helping the router stay square to the work piece. It is built from durable Glass enforced PETG material and brass threaded inserts for incredible strength and reliability.
