PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a Make Noise MMG Eurorack Synthesizer Module. The Make Noise MMG is a 100% analog, 8HP Eurorack module combining a vactrol-based Voltage Controlled Filter (VCF) and Low Pass Gate (LPG). Inspired by the Buchla 292 and based on the QMMG core, it blends Far East/West Coast styles, featuring Voltage Controlled resonance (Q), mode morphing, and Strike/Accent inputs for percussive, acid-style tones. 

SPECS:

• Multimode Filter Core: The MMG offers low-pass and high-pass responses with a MODE control that allows for smooth, voltage-controlled sweeping between them.
• Low Pass Gate (LPG) Emulation: Using the STRIKE and ACCENT inputs, the module can produce "bongo-like" percussive sounds or X0X-style punch.
• Vactrol-Based Response: Because it uses vactrols for gain, the frequency, mode, and Q controls have a unique, slower response compared to standard solid-state filters, contributing to a "natural" sound.
• Audio Sculpting: It includes an AC-coupled input with an attenuator and a smooth overdrive circuit that soft-clips "hot" signals, indicated by an overload LED.
• Resonance Control: The Q factor is voltage-controllable and capable of self-oscillation, while an Automatic Gain Control (AGC) circuit prevents signal levels from becoming uncontrollable at high resonance settings.
