1988 Yamaha SG3000 Custom Gold
This is a 1988 Yamaha SG3000, one of our all-time favorite solidbody electric guitar designs. Built in Japan, this one has a maple top over a mahogany neck-through construction, two Yamaha humbuckers, and that heavy duty bridge design with a brass sustain block. The guitar has some wear to the body; lacquer cracks around the nut, tarnishing on the hardware, and a dent on the top through the paint down to the wood - nothing you would feel as you're playing. The guitar includes a flight case and an extra pickguard!
