This 5-string, made in China under Warwick/Sadowsky supervision, features a compact okoumé body, a bolt-on roasted maple neck with 24 frets, and the brand’s typical 2-band active/passive electronics. The soapbar pickups deliver a precise, deep, and well-balanced sound, with powerful yet tight lows and smooth highs. Very comfortable thanks to its reasonable 3.84 kg weight and modern ergonomics, it suits slap, fusion, gospel, funk, or modern rock equally well. It stands today as one of the benchmarks in the “accessible premium modern bass” segment.
