The Northern Mauler contains two entirely separate analog circuits that you can transition between using the precision Blend knob.

• The Amp Circuit: An all-new Revv high-gain voice that isn't just a copy of the G3 or G4. It is custom-tuned specifically for Glenn’s preferences—offering a percussive, amp-in-a-box feel with a 3-band EQ to sculpt your foundation.

• The Chainsaw Circuit: Revv’s obsessive homage to the iconic HM-2. This circuit provides the grimy, grindy mayhem of classic melodic death metal and hardcore. Instead of standard tone controls, it features Bite (Treble) and Growl (Bass/Mids) to fine-tune the "chainsaw" character.
