Introduced in 1954, the Custom sits at the top of the range: ebony fingerboard, binding on the back, around the top and the fingerboard, split-diamond logo, etc.—it offers far more than a Standard! Here it is in a highly desirable finish reminiscent of Randy Rhoads, with a beautiful aged look: Alpine White. This example is fitted with the classic pickup pairing of the era: a smooth 490R in the neck position and a powerful 498T at the bridge. It dates from a period much appreciated by fans of the brand—the 1990s, and more precisely 1993. Sold in its typical brown case with pink plush lining (with broken hinges).
