WORKING CONDITION: Excellent- Just serviced and calibrated just prior to this listing. The meter lights up and is perfectly calibrated. The audio I/O and gain reduction, and all other features, are working smoothly. The pigtail XLR connectors are nicely done and stable.  This unit is session-ready! 

PHYSICAL CONDITION:
Very Good- This is a really clean example with only nominal signs of age and use. Note that it does have some light engraving on the front right face. Otherwise, very clean, with all original components. A shining example!
