The Sigma SF28 is a OO style folk guitar made with a solid Sitka top and rosewood back and sides. This guitar is very much a traditional style instrument with modern, open sound. Being a smaller body guitar the tone is tighter and a little higher than our dreadnoughts but due to our bracing the SF18 is still surprisingly powerful with great projection. Sigma uses a scalloped, forward shifted X bracing system to allow more of the soundboard to vibrate which results in a lively little guitar.
