The Evolution Orange Underdrive (EOU) creates a new approach to guitar tone.

This pedal uses a technique called underdrive at Mad Professor, which allows you to get a clean tone from an overdriven tone, rather than overdriving a clean tone.
The EOU is best suited to the amazing overdrive sound of a vintage-style single-channel amp. Generally, when you lower the guitar volume control to create a clean sound, the tone becomes a little darker and the quality tone of the overdrive may not be maintained.
With the EOU, you can freely adjust your clean tone using its four controls without affecting the distortion created by your amplifier. By lowering the MIDRANGE setting, which is the main drive component, you can attenuate the input to the amplifier with the VOLUME control and adjust the clean tone with the BASS and TREBLE controls. Conversely, by raising the MIDRANGE and VOLUME settings, you can use it as a mid-boost.
This next-generation pedal can also be used as an always-on preamp, equalizer, or booster, allowing players to explore new uses depending on their imagination.
