A 2016 model, the limited edition SJ-200 Autumn Burst, has arrived as a consignment used item!
The SJ-200, affectionately known as the King of Flat-Top guitars.
This model is a custom-ordered model based on the SJ-200 Standard from that era.
Its distinctive features include the unusual Autumn Burst color and Imperial pegs, which give it an exotic feel.
The pickguard is missing, but SJ-200s without pickguards are quite rare, so...
The autumn burst color and the wood grain of the top stand out even more, giving it a cool look.
The sound is well-balanced, and the mellow sweetness with a core of maple is very pleasant.
It has a well-rounded sound, and seems like it would blend well with vocals and ensembles.
Upon arrival at our store, the bridge and bracing were repaired at our affiliated repair workshop, and the frets were leveled.
Nut adjustments and overall setup are being performed.
In terms of external condition, there are noticeable scratches and dents overall, paint peeling due to age, and marks on the headstock that appear to be from a chemical reaction with a clip tuner, indicating heavy use.
