The WA-87jr SE is a streamlined version of the classic '87-style mic with a modern circuit design, delivering studio-worthy sound with cardioid precision and simplicity. Featuring a gold-sputtered, single-backplate version of the iconic K87-style capsule used in the WA-87 pro studio microphone, WA-87jr SE captures pristine highs, clear mids, and focused detail. With a fully discrete signal path, ultra-low self-noise, and wide dynamic range, the WA-87jr SE excels on vocals, podcast/streaming, acoustic guitar, drums, pianos and more.
