Hello vintage drum fans.

Here we have a vintage Rogers Holiday drum 14 deep x 20 inch round Bass drum.

From the original owner, circa. 1962-1963. Cleveland, Ohio factory production, when Rogers was considered to be one of the finest makers of high-quality American-made drums.

In the 1960s Rogers was considered to be the "Cadillac" of drums and were among the most expensive outfits made at that time, costing more than drums made by Ludwig, Slingerland, Gretsch.

The drum is finished in beautiful original gold sparkle -- one of the most sought-after and elusive vintage Rogers colors.

Excellent original condition. No broken parts. No added holes in the shell. Gold sparkle finish is even and consistent with brilliant sparkle glitter --  looks amazing under stage lights and in natural lighting. Tight wrap seam, no lifting. Shell interior, bearing edges and reinforcement rings are in excellent condition. Original factory grey paint (in amazingly clean condition) with original Cleveland, Holiday sticker inside the shell. All chrome hardware is original, in excellent condition and functioning as designed. Original Rogers chrome logo badge, no loose areas.

Original hoops and gold sparkle inlay. The color of the gold sparkle inlay on the hoops is very slightly darker than the finish on the drum. The drum comes with its original cymbal tilter stand mount that is mounted to the top side of the drum -- these tilters are very hard to find and collectible. The tilter that is included is shown in the photos and on hardwood floor. ( I can sell the drum without the cymbal tilter if needed for reduced cost.) Rogers script logo resonate head and Canopus coated batter head, both in very good to excellent condition. Original Beavertail lugs, original tension rods and claws. Original tom and cymbal tilter mounting ports, original legs and leg mounting posts. Non original feet on both legs.

This drum delivers amazing punch and volume range for its size.

Classic drum that is highly collectible and appreciating annually in value.
