Description
Engineered to meet the demands of Jason Richardson’s technical playing style, the 7-string Richardson combines ergonomic design with powerful tonal versatility. Its custom contoured lower horn ensures superior fret access, while the roasted maple neck and rosewood fingerboard provide smooth, comfortable playability across all 24 frets.
For crushing tone, the Richardson features Sterling by Music Man–designed JR high-output humbuckers, a push/push volume boost, and a coil-split push/push tone control, giving players a wide array of sonic options. A modern tremolo and locking tuners maintain tuning stability during expressive playing.
With a sleek Poplar Burl veneer top and Dark Scarlet Burst Satin finish, the Richardson 7 delivers both visual and sonic impact, making it a signature instrument built for precision, speed, and heavy-hitting tones.
