This is a late 50s to early 60s gibson tailpiece....in need of repair, or use for parts. This is the type with the 'extra' clover leaf on the hinge, for full depth archtops. It has the common break in the hinge area. The string bar, bale wire, and hex nuts are in great condition and could be used on another project. Nickel plating is in good shape. This exact style was also used in the late 40s through the 50s on the es150.
In the 40s and 50s, through early 60s, the tailpiece had the strap button plug hole and small mounting hole beneath that, as shown in this example. See pics.
