RetroGuitarParts has been in full-time business since 1998, under the sole proprietorship of Jim Bastian, who specializes in vintage guitar parts, jazz education materials, and all things archtop. Case restoration and case parts are also specializations. Active on ebay since the late 90's, RetroGuitarParts started out as IslandFunhouse Vintage Guitars. Over the years, many thousands of customers have enjoyed working with Jim in restoring their guitars and cases, locating hard-to-find parts, adding to their collections, and advancing their jazz skills. General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
In most situations we honor a liberal return policy, and customer satisfaction is always our aim. Being a small family business, there are some instances where returns are not accepted due to the burden they create...this is especially true where vintage projects, "as-is" ("as described") items in need of repair, and heavy amplifiers are concerned. Ads where we do not accept returns will be marked as such. We reserve the right to refuse a return in situations where the return seems unreasonable or unduly burdensome to our small fulltime business. A restocking fee may be withheld in some instances. Over 18 years of business, we have had very few problems and will always work with customers to make sure players have what they hoped for.
