Pedulla Pentabuzz Fretless 2005

Pedulla Pentabuzz (fretless 5 string) bass.

Gorgeous, ergonomic flamed maple body with beautiful curves. It has the classic Pedulla ebony fretboard with the Polyester finish that makes it smooth as glass, gives it its distinctive voice, and protects it from the rigors of performance (even with round wound strings).

34" scale. Impeccable craftsmanship made in the USA near Boston Mass until 2019 when Michael Pedulla retired. Works perfectly. Presently tuned BEADG and has very low action but can be easily adjusted to higher action and/or high C tuning. Sports a sleek neck shape that is effortless to play and it plays like a dream. There is a small ding in the back of the neck (not a crack. see pictures) and a small chip on the back of the body (see pictures).

No static noises in the controls. Truss rod moves freely.
Bass was purchased in 2005 and gigged pretty steadily for 2 years until the band dissolved. Played sporadically over the next 3 years and its been in a case ever since. I love this bass but I don't play it. It's a beautiful instrument and deserves to be played.
