Custom designed and crafted tele style in Butterscotch. The body is double bound Premier USA Ash. The finish is a transparent "1952 butterscotch". The pickguard is from WD Products - TE-105F - Red Faux tortoise. The controls are one volume and one tone with a three way toggle. The pots are CTS with Sprague Orange Drop capacitor. It has chrome hardware. The bridge is a Joe Barden "special tele ashtray" with brass saddles. The knobs are dome chrome tortoise inlay. The pickup are from DiMarzio - The neck pick up is a DP-177VN - un-plated nickel cover "True Velvet". The bridge pick up is a DP-178DK - "True Velvet". (in my opinion the DiMarzio "True Velvet" tele pickups are the sweetest sounding pick up made!). The guitar weighs 9 lbs. 8 oz.
The neck is solid hard rock maple in amber stain. The fingerboard is Pau Ferro. It has 21 medium jumbo frets - 12" radius - and a scale length of 25.5". The gears are Kluson "Revolution" - 18/1 gear ratio. The nut is black tusk. The headstock has our applied signature mother of pearl "rising stars".
