The PRS SE Chleo is a modern, high-performance electric guitar developed in collaboration with DragonForce guitarist Herman Li, bringing many features of the exclusive Limited Edition model to a more accessible price point. The SE version combines PRS’s high-quality craftsmanship with the demanding specifications of a shred virtuoso, making it ideal for anyone seeking an expressive electric guitar for challenging playing styles. The mahogany body features a maple top with fine curly maple veneer and a striking satin finish. Ergonomic contouring ensures low weight, perfect balance, and excellent playing comfort making it perfect for long studio sessions or live performances. The maple neck with a flat Chleo profile feels smooth in the hand and allows effortless solo runs across the ebony fingerboard with a 20" radius and distinctive Eclipse Dragon inlays.
Fishman Fluence Signature humbucker and Omniforce Herman Li single coilIn terms of sound, the SE Chleo uses two active Fishman Fluence Signature humbuckers and an Omniforce Herman Li single coil in the middle position, covering a wide sonic range from transparent cleans to aggressive high-gain leads. Control is provided via volume and tone knobs with push/pull function, plus a 5-way switch, allowing for versatile pickup combinations.
Floyd Rose 1000 Locking TremoloFor maximum performance, the guitar features a Floyd Rose 1000 Locking Tremolo, ensuring precise tuning stability even with extreme whammy bar use. The setup is completed with PRS tuners and locking saddles. Smoked black hardware enhances the visual appeal, and combined with the satin finish, makes this instrument a stylish stage-ready guitar and real eye-catcher.
