The 2026 NAMM Model Martin SC-13E Modern Mezcal Burst is built for players who want an acoustic guitar that feels wide open and effortless across the entire neck. The SC body and Sure Align neck system remove the traditional heel, giving full access to every fret while still delivering the feel and response of a true Martin acoustic. It is designed for modern players who want freedom, comfort, and a guitar that keeps up with creative ideas.

A solid spruce top brings clarity and projection, while koa fine veneer back and sides add warmth, shimmer, and a smooth, singing sustain. The Tone Tension X bracing keeps the response focused and lively, so notes stay articulate whether the player is picking delicately or digging in. The Mezcal Burst finish gives the guitar a bold, stage-ready look without distracting from the craftsmanship. It is a sound that feels refined and responsive, making it a natural choice for lead work, songwriting, and expressive playing across multiple styles.

The Low Profile Velocity neck feels fast and familiar, especially for players who move between acoustic and electric guitars. Details like the ebony fingerboard, Ratio tuners, and clean gloss finish give the SC-13E Modern Mezcal Burst a premium feel that remains understated. With LR Baggs Element electronics and a softshell case, it is ready for stage, studio, and everything in between.
