General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We believe in helping musicians find the right instrument, and you just can't know it's the right one until it's in your hands for a few days. That's why we offer a 14 day full satisfaction return policy on all of our instruments. The purchaser must pay shipping both ways when returning an item, and must contact us to arrange return within 14 days of their receiving the item. Item must be in same condition it was shipped from our shop. We would rather you be in love with your purchase than to regret shopping with The Acoustic Shoppe.
