Description

The Suhr Dark Discovery Analog Delay is a modern reimagining of classic analog echo, blending vintage bucket‑brigade warmth with powerful digital control. Featuring an all‑analog signal path built around four reissue MN3005 BBD chips, the Dark Discovery delivers rich, musical delay tones with exceptional depth and clarity.

Offering a wide delay range from 40–1100ms, expandable up to 2000ms via tap tempo and subdivisions, the Dark Discovery excels in everything from subtle slapback to expansive ambient repeats. A lush modulation section with selectable waveforms adds movement and texture, while the onboard 2‑band EQ allows precise tone shaping. With 127 user presets, full MIDI functionality, expression pedal support, and switchable true or buffered bypass, the Dark Discovery is designed for players who demand analog tone with modern performance flexibility.
