Description: Duo Jets are considered some of the coolest guitars ever made. They feature the DeArmond made Dyna Sonic pickups that were that were much louder than P-90's.In essence they were Gretsch's response to the Gibson Les Paul, but unique in their own way. The Sparkle Jet version is considered by most to be the best collectible due to looks. This one features a period Bigsby installed on it, but it other wise all original. The original tailpiece is included.

Condition: The front has a tiny ding. The Bigsby is aftermarket. Therefore it has aftermarket screw holes added to the top to mount it. The back has belt buckle scratches. The back edges have dings around them. The serial number label inside the control cavity was torn off and is missing. The back of the neck has some dings and finish wear. The headstock edges have some dings. The frets have very lite fret wear. They were likely replaced at some point. The case exterior has some smudges and a few spots of old sticker residue. It's hardware has oxidation on it. The inner pocket lid tab has worn away. Otherwise the guitar is in good condition.
