If you’re looking for an RA Moog–era Minimoog Model D on a budget, this is a great opportunity. The previous owner replaced all four of the original mainboards with new units from SynthRestore.co.uk; unfortunately, the original boards have been lost to time. While this does impact the instrument’s value from a collector’s standpoint, it is fully functional and performs reliably.
The exterior cabinet is in excellent condition and may have been rebuilt or replaced, along with a fresh set of knobs. Overall, it’s a fantastic player’s instrument with vintage character at a more accessible price.
