Northwest Vintage Guitars presents an Yngwie Malmsteen 1971 Fender Stratocaster Reissue with a full scalloped fretboard, Jim Dunlop 6000 Super Jumbo frets, a killer pickup compliment, and Yngwie's Signature from 2000!  The neck pickup is a Maxon Excel Vintage Single Coil that was found in the top of the line Greco strats of the 70's and 80's, the middle pickup is an unknown "take out" removed from an American Stratocaster, and the bridge is the firebreathing Gibson 501T Hot Humbucker.  It's a great combination that allows you to "floor it" at the bridge position.  Nice pickups with a variety of tonal options.

The neck has an Oval C profile and the nut measures 1.60", neck depth is impossible to measure with the scalloped frets.   The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability.  Yngwie signed it in 2000 as the signature suggests.  Very little wear on the frets, cannot detect any.  The pickguard is not original and still has the protecto plastic intact.  Scattered dents, dings and finish cracks as pictured.  Comes safely packed in the hardshell case in the photos.
