Buying and selling Vintage and unique gear since 1985. NWVG is a Limited Liability Corporation in the state of Idaho. We are an online seller exclusively. We do not have a physical location available to the public but we can arrange free delivery for local online purchases.
*We are in North Idaho, the Pacific Northwest so shipping times to the west coast are relatively quick*

Q; Do you accept trades?
A; Trade-ins are an important part of the vintage guitar business and we always welcome trades. On Reverb it essentially ends up being 2 purchases. We are a business so the trade has to make sense for us, but we always do our best. Before you pitch a trade, make sure the trade item you are offering is listed on Reverb. We only pursue trades with verified dealers and sellers with impeccable feedback.
Q; What is your bottom dollar/best price/lowest you'll go/etc...?
A; We don't make it a habit to negotiate with ourselves so messages without a detailed offer proposal may not receive a response. We love to make deals with buyers so please make your best offer including the proposed sale price, shipping, and shipping zip code. If the item doesn't allow offers, shoot us a message with your complete and detailed offer.
Q; How do you ship?
A; Each guitar is detuned, fretboard protected, headstock wrapped, and securely fixed inside the case or bag.. We use the Aeris air suspension packing system when appropriate and have found this to be the best method by far. All guitars are shipped via UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise stated. If your order has been placed through Reverb, we cannot change the shipping details, delivery, or address. Please contact Reverb for shipping label changes before the item has shipped. UPS has an online tool for package delivery management.
Q: Can you call me/contact me outside of Reverb
A: Requests on Reverb Messages for contact outside of Reverb: Reverb rules specifically prohibit requests to communicate outside the Reverb Platform. We need to keep all communications on Reverb. Common questions are: Discount? this is a consignment and this is as low as the seller will go. It is available elsewhere on the internet. Pickup in lieu of shipping? We can offer free courier delivery in the Coeur D'Alene area. All other areas are shipped but we can offer actual shipping. Can I play test it first? We are an online shop exclusively with a private location not open to the public. Therefore, we only offer local delivery or insured shipping. If you have any other questions about the guitar, let's hear them.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
