Appsys FLX-AES3/SRC – 16×16 AES3 Converter with Built-In Sample Rate Conversion

The Appsys FLX-AES3/SRC is a high-performance 16×16-channel AES/EBU digital audio converter designed for uncompromising audio quality and integration flexibility. Featuring individual sample rate converters (SRCs) on every input and full FlexLink connectivity, it provides the perfect bridge between multiple digital clock domains and networked systems such as the Appsys MVR-MKII.

Flexible, High-Precision AES3 Conversion

Each of the 16 AES/EBU inputs can be routed through dedicated SRCs, converting up to 8 independent clock domains into a unified house clock. These ultra-high-performance SRCs achieve >120 dB THD+N and >134 dB dynamic range, ensuring transparent conversion and exceptional sonic purity.

The unit supports arbitrary sample rates from 44.1 kHz to 192 kHz, and each DB25 connector can be configured individually for Tascam or Yamaha pinouts, providing total integration flexibility.
