Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Tracking details will be sent as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated directly from each product listing unless “Free Shipping” is clearly stated.
Combined shipping may be available for multiple items, please contact us before checkout to confirm.
Shipping Methods & Carriers:
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority, depending on item size and destination.
Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. only):
We currently ship only within the United States.
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days.
Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
All shipments are insured for the full order value.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Returned in original, as-shipped condition
All original packaging, cables, accessories, and manuals included
No signs of use, wear, damage, or modification
Serial numbers must match our records
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived not as described
Software/activated products are non-returnable
Returns without an RMA authorization may be refused.

15% — Unopened, factory-sealed
20–25% — Opened but in original condition
35–40% — Missing original packaging or accessories,
