The Meinl B18POC-B Byzance Polyphonic Crash 18" Brilliant is a high-quality crash cymbal that combines exceptional craftsmanship with a refined, versatile sound. Its dark fundamental tone is complemented by a soft, warm decay, creating a multi-layered sonic character. This complex sound is achieved through the combination of an untreated bell and a finely lathed playing surface. Handcrafted in Turkey, the Byzance series uses B20 bronze, giving the Polyphonic Crash an unmatched frequency richness, explosive response, and expressive sustain perfect for drummers seeking both nuance and power.
