Carl Martin has released a new single-channel version, the PlexiTone Single Channel / Lo-Gain. The sound is based on the low-gain channel of the Pro Series PlexiTone, perfect for subtly adjusting the tone to match the sweet spot of your amp or adding a touch of British amp flavor to your guitar sound. Add it to your regular effects pedals for an extra boost or smoother overdrive.

For convenience, the unit is powered by a standard 9V AC adapter, but a newly developed DC/DC converter allows it to operate internally at ±12V, providing ample headroom.
