The original, and still favorite, semi-hollowbody-the Gibson ES-335 has been a go-to for guitarists for over 50 years. The 335 offers unmatched tonal versatility and has been the first-call axe for studio and stage players in jazz, rock, country (and just about anything else) since its introduction in 1958.
The 1959 ES-335 features rounded cutaways, a medium C-shape neck profile scanned from original '59 models, and replica parts. The Custombucker Alnico III pickups help deliver the classic, ballsy Gibson tone we all know and love.
These classic instruments are based on a traditional platform, but they can definitely hang with anything you want to play. Highly recommended!
