Sadowsky MetroLine 24-Fret Vintage J/J Bass, Swamp Ash Body, Maple Fingerboard, 4-String - Almond Sunburst Transparent Satin The Sadowsky MetroLine 24-Fret Vintage J/J Bass pays tribute to Roger Sadowsky's ability to greatly improve an already successful bass design via a number of detailed changes resulting in that special Sadowsky bass tone: Never harsh or shrill sounding, with strong, powerful but never muddy bass. Present, but not too aggressive mids, and a sweet and airy treble. This 4-string bass features a sleek, undersized chambered J-Style body made of American Swamp Ash that is finished in an Almond Sunburst Transparent Satin finish. It is fitted with Sadowsky J-Style pickups and active electronics with true bypass, Vintage Tone Control and treble / bass boost. The American Maple neck has an American Maple fretboard with 24 nickel silver frets. Hardware includes ultra-light Sadowsky tuners and the special Sadowsky Quick String Release bridge. Made exclusively in Germany, a Sadowsky MetroLine 24-Fret Vintage J/J Bass will never weigh more than 8.9 lbs / 4.0 kg.
