Guitars are shipped with padding inside their original box (unless they are in a case), which is then packed with more padding inside a bigger shipping container.

Buyer must contact Wire Meets Wood before sending any returns and submit a request for return in Reverb.
Drum kits, drum/banjo heads, cymbals, cases, hand percussion, software, harmonicas, mouthpieces and in-ear earphones are not returnable. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If return is received with damage or signs of wear, refund may be reduced.
Buyer receives refund less restock fee and return shipping cost unless incorrect or defective product is received.
Product descriptions are generally obtained directly from the manufacturer.
Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.
Images are stock images unless otherwise noted. Grain or finish variances are typical for guitars/basses etc.
Manufacturers may change specifications without updating their item's descriptions.
**** For NS Design instruments and special order items: The item is ordered specifically for you and is considered a special-order product. As such, cancellations and returns are not accepted once the order has been placed. In the unlikely event of a manufacturer's defect, the item is fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
