The Black Winter is as dark and vicious as the winters in Scandinavia with excessive grime and aggression; the right balance of mids, treble and bass to instantly take you from annihilating riffs to solos with cutting articulation. The Black Winter fills the needs of extreme metal guitarists with a tone that provides crushing distortion, punishing mids and lots of aggressive saturation and string sensitivity. Neck and bridge pickups are calibrated for a balanced assault. Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA, we offer the Black Winter in standard 6-string size, as well as 7 & 8 string passive mount with naked coils (or in Active ‘Soapbar’ Mount with exposed pole pieces). Comes with 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal free operation.

[5] There is NO return for international transactions and overseas shipping. Our return policy does not apply to International transactions, only to the Canadian market. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify if the manufacturer will accept the warranty for an international transaction, otherwise they will be considered as used.

[6] If an item arrives Damaged, please send us pictures of the external box and damage within the first 24 hours. Failure to do so will automatically void the insurance with the carrier. Keep the box until further notice and wait for our instructions for the next step. Having an instrument setup by yourself or a non-certified technician could void the warranty and insurance on shipping.
