Shipping rates are for Canadian domestic sales only and calculated for the high volume area. For international shipping, please contact us to get a quote.
We ship with tracking number from the freight company and fully insured.
All Custom fees are the responsabilities of the buyer. Buyer must contact Custom to insure a correct custom rate. We cannot do any custom quote or be responsible for any customs fees.

There is NO return for international transactions and overseas shipping. Our return policy does not apply to International transactions, only to the Canadian market. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify if the manufacturer will accept the warranty for an international transaction, otherwise they will be considered as used

Electronic item could be updraded to the most current version.
More restocking fees can be withheld if :
- The article has been damaged (during shipping or not) or has some dings, scratches, missing parts including strings, etc..
- There are some playing marks, imperfections, dirt, rusted strings, pick marks, etc...
- Packaging has been damaged or some of it is missing, including plastic film, bags, stickers, foam, etc..
- The article has been set up or repaired out of an Authorized Service Center
- Any other relevant reason justifying it
