Yamaha expression pedal.
I saw an identical pedal here on Reverb that claimed it is for the CS 50, 60 and 80 keyboards.
I have a Yamaha organ model YC-25D and it uses a pedal that looks exactly like this one except the one on the organ is hardwired.
I don't have a keyboard to test it with so it is sold as-is. It looks like it's an optical control since it has no potentiometer. The ground and tip of the plug react on my voltmeter like they are connected to a bulb of some kind.
