1986 Charvel Model 3 Limited Edition NAMM showcase guitar. Only a handful of these made in Japan and were brought over to America for NAMM. Japanese advertising lists it as a "Special Edition" for the following model year in 1987. This had the most expensive body out of any Charvel guitar made, as all other models had basswood or poplar for the Model 6. This has a hand selected Japanese Ash body and received a black painted neck. It also has original USA Jackson J-100 single coil pickups and a USA Jackson J-90c humbucker, as well as a USA Kahler 2520 Locking tremolo.
The Charvel/Jackson carry case is in incredibly good condition and is extremely rare. I have never seen another in 30 years of collecting these guitars. The guitar has normal marks to be expected of a 40 year old guitar, but is very clean and presentable.
Worldwide shipping to any country. Will be professionally packed and shipped with UPS or FedEx. I am selling off my entire guitar collection, so follow me here and keep an eye out on upcoming listings.
